I ordered and have been waiting ever since, but the tracking absolutely has not moved at all. Like, not even a tiny update. I’m still waiting with basically no real information, and I’m 100% sure nothing has changed since I placed the order.

I was trying to order a few reborn supplies, but the site was a little frustrating on my phone. Some pages loaded slow, and a few of the menus were hard to tap. I also felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic info. The products seem fine, but the website made the whole shopping experience feel more "annoying" than it needed to be

I ordered a few outfits and overall the sizing was decent, but one of them definitely ran smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish the measurements were a little more accurate. Compared to some other brands I’ve ordered from, it’s still better than totally guessing, but there’s definitely room to improve.

I’ve ordered from here before and it was fine enough, so I figured I’d give it another shot. Lucky me, this time the shipping took longer than expected and the items were just... okay. Not terrible, not amazing, just aggressively average. I’ll probably check out a few other shops next time before coming back.

I was really wanting to like my order from hunnybunsrebornsupply.com, but the communication kind of wasn’t clear. I had to ask a couple different times about my order, and the replies were feeling short, like I wasn’t getting the full info. It does get sorted in the end, but it was more stressful than it needed to be.

I just picked these up recently, they look really real in person. The most recent ones I got made a great impression. My only gripe is that they’re a little on the pricey side.

I was expecting the hair to feel soft, but the rooting felt scratchy to me. It just wasn’t the texture I thought I was getting??

I’m new to reborn supplies, and this site kind of lost me. The product details felt really light, so I wasn’t totally sure what I actually needed or what went with what. I kept having to Google things just to make sense of it. It does seem like it might be fine if you already know what you’re doing, but for a beginner, I’d say it’s not the easiest place to start

The order itself was fine once it finally showed up, but it took way too long to arrive. I get that delays happen, but it doesn’t feel right to leave customers waiting without better communication. Overall, not the best experience.

I had a question about my order, and the response I got felt a bit rushed. They did technically answer me, but it wasn’t super clear, so I ended up having to ask again. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of hit or miss and didn’t really feel like they were all that interested in helping.

They’re usable, so there’s that. I was expecting the quality to be a little better, but apparently that was optimistic. A few pieces felt thin, and one had some small marks on it, which was a fun little surprise. Not the worst purchase ever, just very average for the price. I might order again if I absolutely had to.

I did email them, but it took a while to hear back. It’s frustrating because a lot of us customers need these supplies to be exact, especially for reborn projects where the details really matter

I felt like the wording made this sound like I was getting a lot more than I actually did. For what showed up, it was way too expensive, and I wouldn’t call it worth it

I got stuck on one part and worried I was going to miss something or get fooled by confusing directions, but their instructions made it really easy to figure out. They were clear, simple to follow, and helped me get through the order without stressing so much.

The kit showed up packed okay, no real issues there. But the vinyl detail was... I don’t know, just not as sharp as it looked in the photos. Some spots seemed kind of soft, and the creases didn’t really stand out much. It’s still usable, so I’m not totally unhappy with it, but yeah, I was hoping for a bit more. Shipping was fine though.

I ordered from hunnybunsrebornsupply.com and ended up needing to return what I bought. I’ll admit, I didn’t fully study the return policy beforehand, but once I actually read it, I was like… are you kidding me?
It felt like the customer is just supposed to absorb all the risk no matter what. If the item isn’t what you expected, too bad, apparently. I felt totally stuck with it, and yes, maybe I’m being dramatic, but it genuinely made the whole thing feel like a disaster.
Maybe this setup works for other people, but I definitely won’t be ordering again. Returns shouldn’t feel like you’re preparing for a legal battle over one purchase. A shop should make that process reasonable, not stressful

The items arrived fine, so no issue there, but I’m not totally convinced they’re the real deal. The packaging just seemed a bit different, and the quality didn’t feel quite like what I’d expect from the brand. Could be wrong, but I probably wouldn’t buy these again

Maybe I’m just impatient when I’m waiting on something I ordered, but this shipping has taken way too long. It still hasn’t even arrived yet, which is frustrating.

I ordered because the product descriptions made everything sound solid, and I thought I knew what I was getting. Once the items showed up, though, they just didn’t seem as nice as they were made out to be online. I feel kind of stupid for trusting the descriptions so much, because they definitely made the products sound better than they actually were.

Shipping was fine and nothing was completely unusable, but for the price, I was still disappointed. It might be okay if you just need basic supplies, but I’d be a lot more careful next time and wouldn’t rely only on what they say in the listing

Had a bit of a mess with my order at first, wasn’t quite right and I had to go back and forth with them a few times. Bit annoying, not gonna lie, and it took longer than I wanted. But yeah, they did sort it out eventually, so can’t complain too much...
